Eid al-Fitr / Made personal
A little light. An intricate welcome.
A hexagonal Moroccan lantern in warm ivory. Each face is a pointed-arch window in a brass molding, pierced right through with a lattice of tall diamonds, so a tea light inside scatters small diamonds of light across the table. Brass columns stand at the corners with star rosettes between them, and the pyramid cap rises to a brass ball, hanging ring and crescent.

Designed in three dimensions
Each face of the hexagonal lantern is a pointed-arch window pierced right through with a lattice of tall diamonds; their edges meet at 63 degrees, so no opening has a flat roof. Arch moldings, corner columns with bases and capitals and eight-point star rosettes print in brass as part of the body, above a stepped plinth and below a dentil cornice. The cap is a hexagonal pyramid with brass ribs up its ridges and a brass finial of a ball, a pointed hanging ring and a crescent. It rests on the rim by its beveled underside, without pins or glue. For a battery tea light only.
Battery LED lights only. No flame, oil, incense or hot wax.
Closed lantern across its corners, including the crescent finial. Two printable parts: the pierced lantern and its lift-off cap. Battery tea light up to 60 mm across × 60 mm high, supplied separately. A different size needs a new light-clearance and lid-fit check.
